It's National FFA Week! To close out a busy week, Van High School FFA students came to visit with the 2nd graders to teach them all about FFA and agriculture! Students rotated through different stations, including planting lima beans, learning about various products that are made from corn, and the different parts of an egg! One station even had live animals, where students had the opportunity to see a goat, feed marshmallows to a pig, and meet a chicken named French Fry!!

This is a wonderful opportunity for our high school FFA students to pour into the future generation of agriculturists, and it's an equally great opportunity for our younger students to be exposed to the world of FFA!
